The company is engaged in the manufacture of edible gelatines and chemicals. It was incorporated in 2000 and has its registered head office strategically located in Cervia De Ter, Spain. The company's business operation specializes in gelatine production processing, with each production step strictly and carefully controlled to meet specifications. Its gelling, foaming, emulsifying and binding properties are complemented by numerous characteristics that make it irreplaceable to the confectionery industry. Its gelatine is also used to improve the presentation, the conservation and the protein content of meat emulsions, cooked injected hams, aspics and salted jellies, and sauces, as well as for pharmaceutical preparations.
